Difference between jfet and mosfet?








Update in progress...Naseem Ul Aziz
Jfet and mosfet both are voltage controller device
and one charge carrier is used in it.In mosfet 
their is metal oxide between gate and channel.
Conductance through  channel depends on
input voltage at gate.
